Patrick has fourteen years experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Laing + Simmons, Double Bay. Prior to joining the industry, he gained 10 years experience in Sales and Marketing with leading international airline, KLM. His professional life has enabled him to develop his natural talents in communication, negotiation and customer service into highly-evolved skills. Today, Patrick specialises in the Residential Property Market and is an expert in the broad range of residential property types – from multi-million dollar developments through to studio apartments. Having always lived in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, he has a wealth of experience in buying and selling properties throughout the region – from Clovelly to Vaucluse. His personal passion for terrace houses has enabled him to develop a specific area of expertise in these types of properties. Patrick combines an astute business acumen with an innate empathy for the needs and aspirations of both vendors and buyers.
